How I’ve dealt with my health issues seems like a story filled with many chapters. I’m dealing with many different health issues right now, including emphysema, allergies and cholesterol problems. I also have arthritis, and WITHOUT MY MEDICINES I can tell you, I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF BED…
I’ve battled arthritis for over four years, and it’s really tried to control my life. But I haven’t let it. I have too many important things in my life, like five children and nine grandchildren (including TWO sets of twins), to let arthritis keep me immobile and unhappy.
I take ten medications a month. Although it is a lot, I’d be willing to take a million pills a day to ensure that I wasn’t a prisoner of my own body. Life is too short to be restricted, and thankfully, I can take my medicines and get on with life.
